Do you quote before starting the work?
Yes. The plumber finds the cause, explains the fix and puts the figure in writing, and nothing starts until you have agreed to it. The amount you sign off on is the amount you pay, with no surprise additions afterwards.
How do I book a drain visit?
Ring (07) 3523 7146 and run through which fixtures are slow, gurgling or overflowing. We can usually be there the same day, and the plumber arrives already knowing where to start, which shortens the visit and gets the line running sooner.
What should I have ready when I call?

Can you find a blockage without digging?
Yes, in most cases. A CCTV camera run along the pipe shows roots, cracked or shifted joints, collapsed sections and silt, and shows where each sits along the run, so any digging that follows is sized by evidence rather than guesswork.
Who fixes a blockage in the street main?

Why do the clays here crack drain pipes?
